In the role of Business Support Officer, you will provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative and business support services to the Director (Property Management). 

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Director, including diary management.
• Provide general business support to the Director's unit, including planning and implementing work schedules, organising travel and accommodation, and booking conference registrations.
• Prepare and assist with the coordination of reports, ministerial and general correspondence and update, maintain and store accurate and current records.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and workshops.
• Assist with Human Resource activities such as staff inductions, higher duties arrangements, timesheet completion, leave balances, staff completion of compulsory agreements and training courses as well as the reconciliation of confidential salary reports.
• Where necessary, assist with project work across property teams, including providing administrative support and liaising with stakeholders (both internal and external), to ensure project outcomes are achieved.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
• High-level time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple competing tasks.
• Written communication skills for drafting and reviewing reports, emails, and correspondence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective relationships.
• Experience in providing professional and proactive high-level support and advice to a Senior Officer (Director level or higher)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
