Join Translink as an Advisor (Transit Safety, Security & Sustainability) and play a key role in supporting frontline transport enforcement teams tackling fare evasion and anti-social behaviour. You'll coordinate operational equipment, IT systems, contracts, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective service delivery.
This dynamic role involves managing bespoke systems like FEIMS and TRAILS, supporting Authorised Persons, and overseeing procurement and compliance processes.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to manage sensitive data and operational contracts. A current open drivers' licence is required. Help shape safer, fairer public transport across Queensland.

The Advisor (TSSS) supports the strategic and operational management of frontline transport enforcement teams and systems to address fare evasion and anti-social behaviour. The role involves coordinating equipment, IT systems, contracts and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Be involved in a broad range of complex, sensitive/large planning initiatives that explore opportunities to address fare evasion and anti-social behaviour on public transport services.
- Provide ongoing support of the effective management of cross-organisational frontline workforce of Authorised Persons.
- Manage procurement and distribution of operational equipment and uniforms.
- Manage system access and user audits for bespoke IT systems, including Fare Evasion. Information Management System (FEIMS), TRAILS, Evidence.com, two- way radios and Cubic Revenue Protection Mobile Device (RPMD).
- Develop plans to manage and monitor operational and contractual procedures,
- policies and processes, using effective strategies to manage scope, risks, and issues to deliver tasks to required timeframes.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships and collaboration initiatives with diverse stakeholders across TMR, state agencies, local governments and industry.
