Unify is the department's critical core client and case management system for Child Safety and Youth Justice. A Continuous Improvement Pipeline (CIP) has been established to manage ongoing maintenance and improvements to Unify and support the evolving needs of Youth Justice and Child Safety.
As a Product Owner you will work in close connection with cross-functional teams in CIP, Information Services, and business areas to deliver high-quality Unify products that meet Child and Family business needs and objectives and the ongoing realisation of business benefits. You will be responsible for defining user stories and prioritising the team backlog. The role involves close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. You must have comprehensive knowledge of Child and Family business processes, controls and existing systems, and have strong professional networks and relationships within Child and Family.
