As part of the Civil Construction team, your duties may include: 
• Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across all phases of the project cycle. 
• Ensure construction and maintenance services meet client expectations and business objectives. 
• Effectively manage and utilise resources to achieve project outcomes. 
• Provide leadership and support for change initiatives at the project level. 
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities. 

What We're Looking For: 
• Proven experience in civil supervision, ideally within road or structures maintenance and construction. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within set timeframes. 
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
