Community Corrections is responsible for the supervision of adults who have been sentenced to a community-based order by the courts or released to parole by the Parole Board Queensland. Community Corrections has a strong commitment to keeping communities safe and reducing the risk of re-offending by facilitating positive behavioural change in supervised individuals to enable them to lead more productive crime-free lives.

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for developing a small team of professionally qualified staff who case manage different cohorts of offenders under supervision with Community Corrections. You will oversee work practices ensuring performance and practice are consistent and of a high-quality standard. In this role you will be a member of the regional senior management team and benefit from professional development opportunities in more senior roles.

  • Are committed to addressing the issues impacting upon the over representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders offenders in the criminal justice system.
