As the Digital Product Lead, you will:
• Lead the development of product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders using standard product practices to meet customer, employee and government needs. Product practices include, idea management and ideation, backlog grooming, prioritisation and value assessments.
• Manage a product pipeline of work for product delivery in consultation with stakeholders.
• Champion product strategy through great relationship management to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Oversee the customer experience service/interaction design, customer research, testing and analytics program to design high-quality customer experiences.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendor (s) and stakeholders to support the delivery of simpler, clearer, and faster services for Queenslanders.

This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
