Working in close partnership with the private sector, our team is committed to delivering projects that make a real difference. Our projects include some of Queensland's most significant precincts, such as The Gold Coast Spit, South Bank, and the proposed Gabba Entertainment Precinct part of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games legacy.
This role offers the opportunity to shape transformative projects through strategic negotiation and project execution, with a particular focus on government land transactions that unlock value and enable impactful outcomes.
We are looking for someone who brings strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. You will be accountable for driving outcomes, leading negotiations and delivering projects with a high standard of governance and risk management. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both within government and externally, and the ability to provide timely, high-level advice to the Minister, Director-General and Executive Leadership Team will be essential to your success in this role.
