Your key responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with the Manager, Minor Civil Dispute to provide confidential and accurate administrative support including responding to client enquiries, managing correspondence, and other administrative duties.

• Undertake administrative tasks necessary to assist clients and support the operations of the service, including the use of computerised records management system, and collation and analysis of statistical data.

• Complete Human Resource financial forms including processing of casual staff pays.

• Provide information about Minor Civil Dispute mediations provided by the Dispute Resolution Branch to the public and others including people from diverse backgrounds and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

• Maintain computer-based word processing, spreadsheets, data bases and desk top publishing.

• Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to staff and clients.
