Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

• Deliver high-quality services to stakeholders by providing procedural advice to ensure effective quality assurance practices and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks within operational processes, and assist with the implementation of corrective actions to ensure continual improvement with service delivery standards.
• Develop, coordinate, design and deliver targeted training sessions in collaboration with Team Leaders and the Training Unit where risk, skill or knowledge gaps have been identified.
• Assist with policy development by researching, preparing documentation, and providing advice on best practices, to ensure adherence to relevant standards and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain resource materials to support consistent application of quality assurance practices across the work unit, ensuring all materials meet compliance obligations and operational needs.
• Respond and advise on matters of legislative compliance when considering operational needs and responses to matters of quality assurance.
• Facilitate the coordination and review of requests for information from both internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses that support business operations.
