To support the Securing our Housing Foundations plan, Information and Digital Services is leading a Service Modernisation Program which will optimise and modernise services delivery for staff and Queenslanders in need of housing support. You will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of the Service Modernisation Program.
What you will be doing:
• Coordinate information requests and provide accurate and timely advice, utilising well-developed communication and time management skills.
• Draft a range of written material including project plans, recommendations, briefing papers, board papers and minutes.
• Apply program and project management frameworks to successfully complete tasks and work within a legislative and regulatory framework.
• Actively contribute to program management through planning, budget and program reporting ensuring targets and timelines are achieved.
• Liaise and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support project and program outcomes.
• Monitor and administer a range of financial processes and procedures for the reporting and analysis of financial management. Also support the team to administer contracts and maintain record keeping.
• Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.
