Lead Planning & Scheduling for Infrastructure Command's Massive Portfolio!
We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive the development and embedding of a cutting-edge planning and scheduling function for Infrastructure Command's 100+ projects and maintenance programs across the State. As part of the Infrastructure Portfolio team, you'll be the single source of truth for delivery and sequencing of planned infrastructure activities – from minor capital works to major maintenance programs.

Key Challenges & Opportunities:
- Develop & maintain a master schedule for a huge portfolio of works with shifting priorities
- Collaborate with project & maintenance teams to build a schedule with easy data extraction & reporting
- Depict short-medium-long term activity views to inform sequencing, resourcing & priorities for Command, Ops teams & Exec
- Identify critical paths, inter-dependencies & efficiency opportunities to boost resourcing & procurement
What You'll Need:
- Heavy-hitting experience in infrastructure construction & maintenance planning in multi-site environments
- Mastery of program planning software for master & sub-project plans + critical path analysis
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High computer & MS Office literacy + strong written/presentation/verbal skills for collaboration up to Exec levels
- Proven senior leader & self-starter who collaborates confidently with internal/external stakeholders
What You'll Do:
- Develop Infrastructure Master Plan & Schedules for works packages
- Review activities/priorities for critical paths & efficiencies
- Track progress, identify trends & maintain Command's 'single point of truth' schedule
- Embed schedule governance frameworks & manage templates/documents
- Incorporate project financial/cost control into master schedules
