As a Business Support Officer in the PRS Delivery Team, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support that keeps the team running smoothly. From coordinating meetings and managing correspondence to assisting with travel, onboarding and stakeholder engagement, you'll be a key point of contact across the branch. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to research, data analysis, and the preparation of high-quality documentation that supports strategic objectives.

About the Team/Organisation
The Passenger Rollingstock and Signalling Branch is delivering and managing rollingstock and signalling projects that are innovative, integrated and accessible to meet the growing demand for rail services across South East Queensland.

About the Role
In the role of Business Support Officer, you will provide high level professional and confidential administrative support to the team, coordinating and assisting with day-to-day administrative functions to support the objectives and achievement of project outcomes in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, communicates clearly and positively, and works collaboratively to support team goals. They actively seek feedback and learning opportunities to grow professionally, while consistently applying departmental policies and procedures to deliver highquality, timely outcomes.
