Your new role:
In this pivotal position, you will use your advanced clinical knowledge and leadership to deliver safe, person-centred respiratory care while supporting and guiding a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide expert assessment, care planning, and delivery of nursing care to respiratory patients with complex needs
- Demonstrate high-level clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in dynamic care settings
- Lead and support nursing staff through delegation, supervision, mentoring, and team coordination
- Actively participate in quality improvement, education, research, and change management initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
About you:
You are a compassionate and skilled clinical nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to evidence-based, patient-focused care.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrated accountability for professional practice
- Proven ability to provide expert clinical leadership and effectively manage complex care situations
- Experience mentoring staff and contributing to education, quality improvement, and research activities

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
