This will include undertaking technical assessments, reviewing concept planning reports / plans, advising on a range of development applications, externally led transport projects and strategic planning reports.

• Supporting program planning and management: Support the Principal Planner and Manager in development and management of the passenger transport investment planning program including project identification, scoping and prioritisation to support downstream delivery projects for passenger transport services and infrastructure.
• Contributing to a positive working environment for a high performing team driven towards improving customer outcomes and delivering high quality outputs to all stakeholders.

• Experience working in the transport infrastructure planning or engineering fields to deliver projects which appreciate the broader purpose of the transport system.
• Experience managing projects and contributing to planning program development to deliver network and customer benefits.
• Experience applying transport and land use planning knowledge to give expert advice as part of the land use planning process.
• An ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and achieve delivery deadlines, whilst supporting a positive team culture.
