The Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDIP) is seeking a visionary leader to join the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division as Senior Director, Portfolio Coordination Office.

About the Role
As Senior Director, you will lead the Portfolio Coordination Office, overseeing governance, reporting, risk, stakeholder engagement, legal advisory, and scheduling functions. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and key partners across government and industry to ensure the successful delivery of the Venues and Villages Programs.
Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of portfolio control frameworks, quality assurance systems, and strategic engagement plans. You'll coordinate across Games delivery partners and Brisbane 2032 to align governance and ensure excellence in infrastructure planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio management coordination and reporting for the Games Infrastructure delivery program.
- Develop and implement portfolio controls, systems, and frameworks to assure quality outcomes.
- Coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement across government and Games partners.
- Lead stakeholder and industry engagement for DSDIP-led delivery programs, including the Villages and Victoria Park precinct.
- Prepare submissions to government, including delivery program reporting, investment proposals, and capital appropriation.
- Support Venues and Villages teams with business functions such as procurement, budget management, correspondence, and legal services.
