We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Senior Program Officer to lead impactful programs like the Zero Litter to Moreton Bay initiative. In this role, you’ll collaborate with councils, community groups, and industry to deliver funding, drive behaviour change, and achieve meaningful environmental outcomes.

What you'll do:
- Lead innovative programs like the Zero Litter to Moreton Bay initiative, including grant funding, data collection, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with councils, community groups, and industry to advance Queensland's Waste Strategy.
- Design and deliver impactful waste reduction and recycling initiatives, behaviour change programs, and research projects.
- Provide expert advice, manage contracts, and track program milestones to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations to inform decision-making and program success.
If you have:
- Proven experience in environmental programs, grants, or behaviour change initiatives.
- Strong project management, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A passion for sustainability and a willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
