What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like
As the Advisor (Document Controller), you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the New Albion Station project by managing and streamlining document control processes. Your day might include:
- Coordinating the review and approval of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining workflows and managing data sources such as Team Binder, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensuring all project documents are securely stored and accessible in line with TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
- Supporting project teams by providing timely and accurate information, and assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and briefing notes.
- Continuously improving document management systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting major infrastructure projects. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to understanding the needs of your team and stakeholders.
- Respect for legislative and policy frameworks, with a consistent approach to compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, and experience with document management systems.
- The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
