As Change Consultant in the Reform Strategy and Delivery Office (RSDO), you’ll help shape transformational change across the department. This role is all about uplifting organisational capability in our departments integrated project and change framework, IMPACT, building change leadership skills, and strengthening a culture that embraces innovation. You’ll design and implement tailored change strategies, deliver engaging workshops, facilitate collaboration across teams, and measure adoption and benefits. In this role you'll be part of the Reform Strategy and Delivery Office, working at the heart of organisational change. A typical day might start with partnering with stakeholders to align and define on initiative purpose, followed by providing advice to initiative teams on managing their projects and embed change practices in highprofile projects. You'll design and deliver tailored change management actions that help individuals and teams adapt, minimise resistance, and achieve real adoption of new ways of working.

Your focus will be on building organisational readiness and capability. You'll coordinate and deliver training and awareness programs, support leaders to apply
the IMPACT framework, and run sessions with the Change and Innovation Network to strengthen the department's change culture. You'll also provide coaching, mentoring and practical advice that empowers staff to navigate complexity and lead initiatives with confidence. Whether it's preparing a visual update for executives, analysing qualitative insights, or compiling a report for decision-making, you'll ensure information is clear, accurate and actionable.

Collaboration is essential. You'll partner with program managers, initiative leads,
subject matter experts, and stakeholders across the department to ensure change activities align with strategic outcomes. Digital platforms like Microsoft Teams, Miro and Menti will be tools of your trade, helping you engage staff, capture feedback, and co-design solutions in real time. You'll bring energy, creativity and a structured approach to help the department deliver reform and strengthen a culture that
embraces change.
