In the role of Administration Officer, you will provide executive support, operational business support, human resource, financial and document management administration to the Executive Director and the Commercial Partnerships team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide confidential, high-quality administrative support to the Executive Director and Commercial Partnerships team, including managing correspondence and communication.
• Manage and monitor the electronic diary and emails, coordinate meetings and appointments, and arrange associated meeting resources as necessary.
• Prepare and distribute documentation with minimal supervision and provide secretariat support including agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate financial, travel, and HR activities, and act as Local System Administrator (LSA) for timesheet management.
• Organise team events and meetings, and perform other tasks as reasonably directed.
