In the role of Business Support Officer (Data and Systems Analyst) you will assist in improving correspondence management and government business workflows and business processes.
You will be responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of HCL Notes (Lotus Notes) systems, DocTrak and Briefing Note Database, reporting environments and associated applications, and the provision of technical, troubleshooting and process support services and training within TMR.

About Us
The Cabinet, Legislation and Executive Services Unit (CLES) provides high-quality administrative support to the Minister for Transport and Main Roads and the Director-General. The Reporting and Systems Support (RSS) team provides business analysis, reporting and technical support relating to the DocTrak and TMR Briefing Notes Databases within HCL Notes, by contributing to the ongoing development of correspondence management strategies, standards and procedures. RSS provide expert technical and procedural advice on correspondence workflows, including developing and analysing business requirements to customer specifications in line with current departmental ICT guidelines.
