Our Fines Division has a current vacancy for an AO6 team leader. The Fines Division plays a vital role in keeping Queensland communities safe by administering and managing camera-detected offences such as red-light, speeding, tolling, distracted driving and seatbelt compliance. Our work directly contributes to safer roads, fair outcomes, and stronger public confidence.
Your typical day as a Team Leader will be to:
• Lead, develop and inspire your team to deliver strong results in line with business objectives.
• Build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and clear, well-reasoned recommendations to senior leaders and reports as needed.
• Contribute to operational and risk planning to ensure our strategic goals are achieved.
• Identify opportunities and implement service improvement initiatives.
