You'll be working with ICT systems and services that relate to the Emergency Triple Zero call taking and dispatch functions in support of our customer agencies Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Fire Department that contributes to officer and public safety.

Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

• Manage and lead a team to deliver program and project management frameworks, information systems, reporting, assurance and support services.
• Provide strategic, operational and tactical advice and guidance to Frontline & Digital Division management and client groups on the successful delivery of a portfolio of ICT programs and projects.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the implementation of operational efficiency strategies.
• Develop operational plans, processes and procedures for the provision of services and champion the adherence to policies and standards.
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement is well managed via best practice client and supplier management and enables effective and efficient operational service delivery.
• Manage the operations of the Communications Infrastructure Development Centre team through effective human resource and financial management practices and principles.

Role Requirements

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise scale Project Portfolio Management information systems.
• Accreditation in PRINCE2 methodologies and demonstrated application of appropriate tool sets
