As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for grader operation to final trim standard. This role requires a high level of precision and skill in operating road making machinery, to ensure quality outcomes in road construction and maintenance activities.
This role will also:
• Support the Project Supervisor in road construction projects.
• Perform a range of duties with limited supervision.
• Guide and assist other team members in planning and executing complex work activities.
• Contribute to road construction and maintenance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the project team.
