Your Key Accountabilities:

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of HR practitioners to deliver effective outcomes for the organisation whilst cultivating an inclusive, flexible and agile culture within your teams.
  • Lead the development, planning and implementation of innovative human resource practices and solutions in a dynamic working environment.
  • Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement and development within your team of HR Professionals.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management to achieve organisational workforce objectives, including creative problem solving for human resourcing issues within the bounds of current legislation and policy frameworks.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships and networks, including representation and participation on working parties and committees with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders and relevant specialists to develop and implement HR workforce strategies to support the improvement of all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Manage and coordinate projects and activities adopting agile project methodologies to ensure the effective delivery of outcomes.

Role Requirements:

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience"

  • Contemporary HR experience and knowledge is highly desirable.

Other:

  • QPS is a large organisation with continually changing priorities. You need to be agile and willing to support this by at times undertaking opportunities with HR Division.
