Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is calling for an exceptional leader to spearhead the strategic and operational delivery of major infrastructure projects that support the safety, security, and operational needs of our correctional facilities. As Director, Project Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects, leveraging your expertise to navigate high-risk environments and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Delivering Excellence in Correctional Infrastructure

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects that meet stringent security standards, operational priorities, and fiscal strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in:

  • Driving Strategic Delivery: Aligning project objectives with agency goals, operational priorities, and budgetary constraints to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensuring Secure Environment Expertise: Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects within secure environments, ensuring compliance with security protocols, safety legislation, and operational standards.
  • Translating Stakeholder Needs: Effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to translate operational needs into fit-for-purpose facility and technology solutions.

As Director, Project Delivery, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to:
