About the team

The Document Production team provides office service activities for Crown Law including document and records management, mail services and Courier services. This includes providing quality client services within this legal environment.

Your key responsibilities

Document production as required:
- Provide photocopying, printing, and binding services to the staff of Crown Law, in particular the compilation of complex legal briefs including duplicating, collating, and indexing of confidential legal material.
- Provide photocopying and printing services to the Department of Justice and Attorney-General to meet their requirements in the provision of a diverse range of printing, binding, and collating of material.
- Undertake copier readings and maintain records of same.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and regularly serviced and used in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Undertake minor maintenance to photocopy equipment when necessary and appropriate.

General responsibilities:

- Provide high quality services to internal and external clients.
- Other duties relating to administrative functions, financial management and asset management as required by the Executive Manager Finance & Business Systems.
- Comply at all times with the office standards, including:
o The client service charter; and
o Quality and timeliness measures.
- Be a proactive and participative member of the Records team in performing other duties.
- Performance of manual handling duties in compliance with WH&S standards, procedures, and practices.

Where required, work across various teams and branches in Crown Law.
