Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Advisor, People and Culture, you will provide HR generalist advice and support across a broad range of HR matters and projects. Your role will be crucial resolving complex employee issues through the provision of effective case management support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex employee issues through the provision of effective case management support and workplace interventions.
  • Providing HR generalist advice across a range of areas, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Supporting the Principal HR Advisor in the delivery and coordination of various HR projects.
  • Developing, implementing and advising on HR strategies, policies and practices supporting strategic direction and operations.

You are an enthusiastic HR generalist with a strong ability to build relationships and provide case management support across all areas of HR. Your collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement will help drive positive outcomes for employees and the organisation.
