We have opportunities for experienced HR Advisors to join our team!
As part of therole you will provide advisory services across a broad range of human resource matters, including but not limited to:
• General employment conditions and employee matters.
• Recruitment.
• Medical Case matters.
• Performance management coaching.
• Payroll issues
• Job analysis; and
• Workforce planning.
Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible and inclusive Queensland and we'll rely on you to support the HRBP team in maintaining positive employee relations by assisting with employee entitlements, performance management and compliance matters.
Suited for those who:
• Enjoy partnering, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Have a high level of communication, consultation, negotiation and liaison skills.
• Are self-managed and self-motivated, highly organised and have attention to detail.
• Are able to prioritise efficiently, in line with client and team requirements and commitments.
• Are skilled at research, analysis, and problem solving.
• Thrive on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders.
