Veterans Queensland supports veterans and veterans' families across Queensland and is the central point of contact and coordination for issues relating to the veterans' community.
As the Grants officer you will contribute to a coordinated program of projects and activities that assist veterans and their families You will use your strong grants management, organisational and communication skills, coupled with attention to detail and a professional work ethic to support the delivery of grants programs. You will have experience in grants program administration, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. Demonstrated awareness of the veteran community will be highly regarded. The role will suit a person with excellent communication skills, and experience working with non-government organisations, with a track record in developing and maintaining productive relationships.
