As the HR Officer in the People and Culture branch at DETSI your main activity will be monitoring a centralised inbox to provide accurate and contemporary advice to our Divisional HR colleagues. You'll also contribute to a broad range of activities, including finance, reporting, governance and helping us to build our team's capability.

Importantly, beyond your professional skills and capabilities, we invite you to share how your work / life experiences, learning, personal values, (or identification with a minority group) could contribute to our culture of equity, diversity (of thinking, being and doing), respect and inclusion. This role is flexible location which means that it could potentially be done at any DETSI work location. We will ask about your
preferred location during the recruitment process.

About you 
You'll be known for your ability to problem-solve in a customer facing environment. You'll be able to pivot on priorities and triage queries in a centralised inbox. You'll be proficient with administrative activities such as registering invoices, drafting basic communications, and procedural editing.
You'll be proactive in sourcing information and confidently provide advice in a clear and concise manner.
You'll bring your fabulous energy, enthusiasm, and unique point of view.
