Are you a strategic communicator ready to drive cultural change and employee engagement? Join Translink as Principal Advisor (Internal Communication) and lead the development and delivery of internal communication programs that align with our vision for a connected, thriving, and inclusive Queensland.
In this role, you'll provide expert advice to executives and leadership teams, manage internal communication channels, and create high-quality messaging, speeches and multimedia content. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the department to ensure a coordinated approach to communication and support the Deputy Director-General in fostering collaboration and reputation management.
We're looking for someone with strong strategic thinking, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in speech writing, stakeholder engagement and leading communication initiatives is essential. Tertiary qualifications in communications or a related field are highly regarded.
