About the role 
As our Senior Client Services Officer, you will: 
• Be an enthusiastic officer that provides agile services across local, virtual and phone delivery by:
o Demonstrating your passion for providing a great customer experience every time across multiple channels (including face to face), providing accurate information and support.
o Providing support to our contact centre, using call centre technology and equipment. Strong call control and managing challenging customer calls is important.
o Operating in a virtual environment, taking on Hub roles that handle the allocation, administration, and reporting of transactional activities that are in line with defined service standards and key performance indicators.
o Provide exceptional front line counter support to external customers, internal clients, and tenants.
• Support a team culture that embraces being adaptable, solutions oriented, and flexible by actively embracing our changeable work activities and demonstrating professionalism and respectful engagement with the whole team.
• Provide information, support, advice and training to Customer and Business Services (CBS) staff and businesses on customer and administration support activities such as, but not limited to, RBE applications that are more complex in nature.
• Demonstrate adaptability and proficiency in the use and maintenance of administrative and customer support systems, using relevant tools and technology to assist with efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
• Support the development of high quality, accurate and easily understood support and training materials for DPI clients and employees, ensuring required information is presented in a clear and easily understood manner.
• Assist our internal business groups by providing high level consistent administration support. This includes use of internal and finance systems, in addition to various other applications.
• Comply with and adhere to government policies, procedures, standards and legislation within a governance and finance framework, relevant to the role and work.
• Support the management of site facility activities such as accommodation requests, maintaining access registers and supporting site and safety committees
• Where applicable, provide onsite facility support when required, to ensure a safe and functioning work environment for clients, tenants and stakeholders which may include:
o Site inductions for contractors and visitors
o Obtaining quotes for services and maintenance issues
o First point of contact for maintenance issues
o Delivery of on-site communication
• Undertake specific administration duties and project activities as directed and adapt to contemporary work practices.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and development, including providing and seeking regular feedback on ideas, suggestions and solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Essential requirements 
• Travel to regional sites.

Licences and registrations 

• A current ‘C' class drivers licence
