Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Deliver technical leadership, system stability and continuous improvement in Information Technology Services
  • Oversee the Windows Server infrastructure and provide high level advice on a range of technical issues, acting as the first point of escalation within the team
  • Influence change management, capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Provide project management expertise and guide team members to implement continuous improvement from a technical perspective
  • Act as the subject matter expert in daily operations, product release meetings and technical change boards
  • Configure, manage and oversee a range of systems, providing guidance and advice to other team members
