Frontline & Digital Division delivers ICT services to the Queensland Police Service, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services, the Inspector-General Emergency Management, Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Corrective Services. Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services will see you responsible for a variety of work.
The ICT Command Centre team is dedicated to providing a high-level tier 2 application support and 24/7 incident response across Queensland directly supporting our frontline officers.

Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Deliver technical leadership, system stability and continuous improvement in Information Technology Services
- Oversee the Windows Server infrastructure and provide high level advice on a range of technical issues, acting as the first point of escalation within the team
- Influence change management, capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Provide project management expertise and guide team members to implement continuous improvement from a technical perspective
- Act as the subject matter expert in daily operations, product release meetings and technical change boards
- Configure, manage and oversee a range of systems, providing guidance and advice to other team members
