The Project Manager, Rostering, Time and Attendance Project, Corporate Services will coordinate the successful delivery of Rostering, Time and Attendance solutions within Human Resources and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) streams by ensuring they meet their objectives, timelines and budget. This role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project within the QAS, while managing risks, resources and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive project success, maintain alignment with organisational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes for the QAS.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Extensive experience and proven record of achievement in the management and delivery of human resource management projects in complex ICT and organisational environments.
- Proven ability to successfully plan, supervise and manage project teams to deliver agreed project deliverables and objectives within appropriate timeframes, approved budget, and scope.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate business outcomes and benefits realisation through planning and leading projects and changes that align to defined benefits.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to a wide variety of stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Highly effective client/stakeholder engagement and relationship building capability and proven commitment to quality customer service and collaborative teamwork.
The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
- Accreditation in PRINCE2 and/or experience in project management and organisational change management is highly desirable.
