Join our Grants Division helping vulnerable Queenslanders secure grants of aid for legal representation. As an administrative officer you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions across different grants activities. Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and solicitors about client applications.
  • Admin support
  • Review court material and liaise with solicitors to assist with allocation of matters in accordance with Legal Aid Queensland policy and procedures.
  • Assist in the allocation of grants and follow up requests for information in relation to non-means tested matters court appointed matters and pilot programs.
  • Data enter, validate, record and correct information held across a range of information technology systems.
