About the role
Temporary full time and part time opportunities to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services at The Prince Charles Hospital and support remote reporting for Metro North satellite sites. This role also contributes to clinical quality, service delivery, and future growth in subspecialty imaging, with opportunities for remote work as demand increases.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Evaluate and perform procedures for patients referred for imaging services. Supervise the performance of clinical diagnostic procedures, and provide diagnostic interpretation, reporting and communicate results of procedures to referring practitioners in a timely and clinically relevant manner.
- Attend clinical multi-disciplinary meetings and engage with referring clinicians.
- Participate in registrar teaching and teaching improvement. Participate in other teaching if required.
- Supervise research and participate in research activities.
