Southern Parks & Forests Regional Operations; Management & Operations; QPWS & Partnerships; Toowoomba (2 positions) and Roma (1 position)

The South-West Region's Fire Team comprises specialist staff who lead a strategic approach to landscape fire management across the region. The team operates through Operations, Planning and Support.

Two roles are within the Operations function, based in Roma & Toowoomba respectively. These positions benefit from demonstrated expertise in landscape-scale bushfire management. Equally important are strong project management capabilities. These roles will lead complex planned burns within their operational areas & support similar activities across the region.

The third position is based in Toowoomba & falls under the Support function. This role provides logistical & technical fire-related support to the team & the broader region. This position places a premium on administrative, project management, & systems-management skills.

· Demonstrated strong project and systems-management skills (support position).
· Exhibits strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
· Ability to support and share skills with a diverse group of people.
