Bwgcolman Community School is a vibrant Pre-Prep-12 National Partnership school located on beautiful Palm Island, just 65km north-northwest of Townsville in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. With around 320 students across 14 classes, we have a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, and positive behaviour through the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) program. The school is seeking two Prep teachers to join the team. We are looking for educators with flexibility, a willingness to learn in a remote setting, and the resilience to thrive in a vibrant school community. What You'll Need

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or valid visa
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
