Your team - Industrial Development:

The Industrial Development team collaborates with industry partners, government agencies and the community to deliver impactful industrial development projects across Queensland. These multi-year projects drive economic growth by creating employment opportunities, stimulating further development, and fostering thriving communities. With a statewide focus, the role involves regular travel to manage and oversee these initiatives.

Your Opportunity:
Join EDQ's Industrial Development team as a Sales and Property Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Industrial Development. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the delivery of major industrial land development and infrastructure projects across Queensland, managing a diverse property portfolio and providing strategic advice to support economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a significant industrial property portfolio, including sales, marketing, acquisitions, and land development.
• Manage property maintenance, sales contracts, and customer relationships from negotiation to settlement.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies andindustry leaders.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Lead a team, including the Property Officer (AO6) and Leasing Manager (AO7), to deliver on strategic objectives.

Role requirements - Travel is an essential element of the role with property assets located across Queensland. Occupant of this position will require a valid driver's license.
