Senior Administration Officer
Safeguards Service Strategy and Quality; Office of the Deputy Director-General; Service Delivery - Disability Services; Brisbane
Provide high quality financial, human resource and administrative support to the work group. Your role requires you to work in a team to meet strict timeframes in processing data that allows the Department to claim for various NDIS services.
You will support the team with various administration tasks including inbox management. You will have strong communication skills (verbal and writing) and be confident in liaising with various stakeholders (internal and external).

As a Senior Administration Officer you will:
• Implement and maintain administrative systems, including systems relating to the management of human resource, finance, asset, performance reporting and business processes.
• Provide timely and accurate advice and support to the team.
• Operate in various databases and be confident in using Excel.
• Have the ability to operate in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to move between work units as needed.
• Undertake large volumes of data review and entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide support to the team in various administration tasks, including inbox management and training.
• Have strong communicate (verbal and writing) skills and be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and problem solve issues.
• Participate as a member of the team and contribute to operational planning, reviews and key decision making.
• Enhancing the local community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving participant service.
• Recognise and contribute to the strategic projects tasked to the NDIS Portfolio Performance and Stakeholder Management Unit.
