About you:

Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

Requirements of the role
• Proven experience managing executive, ministerial, or high-volume correspondence processes within a government or complex organisational environment.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare, edit and review documents for accuracy, clarity and tone.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters on behalf of executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate input and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose communication.
