How you'll contribute
As Executive Director, you will lead the Ministerial Services team, providing specialised human resources, payroll, and financial services to the Premier, Ministers, the Leader of the Opposition, and their staff. In this dynamic and impactful role, you'll make your mark by:
- Leading initiatives to modernise processes, strengthen governance, and enhance service delivery.
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders across government and ministerial offices to achieve strategic priorities
- Implementing innovative technologies and robust governance frameworks to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and uphold integrity.
