The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is seeking a motivated and creative-thinking Marketing and Partnerships Officer, to join the Engagement and Partnerships team.
In this role you will leverage your exceptional creative and project management skills to develop and deliver compelling campaigns, assets and content that foster awareness and pride in key events, awards and programs.
Additionally, you will contribute to the acquisition of sponsorships to support these initiatives.

About us
The Engagement and Partnerships team, within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, leads the delivery of engagement opportunities for the Premier and Cabinet through events, awards and programs that facilitate community engagement and promote Queensland Government priorities and key initiatives.
The team provides leadership and strategic advice on whole-of-government sponsorship strategy to drive economic and community benefits.
How you'll contribute
You will play a pivotal role in the marketing and sponsorship activities for key programs including Australia Day, Australian of the Year Awards, Queensland Day, Premier's Awards for Excellence, G'day Little Queenslanders and a range of events, awards and programs as required.
What you'll bring to the role
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns across diverse channel for multiple projects
• a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, strong organisational and time management skills, and a can-do attitude
• excellent communication skills
• a passion for working in a high-performing, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
• the capacity to work and travel outside of standard business hours and weekends, as required.
