Your key accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

• Undertake the development, design, implementation and evaluation of effective organisational change management practices, programs, guidelines and procedures, including change artifacts and communications.
• Design, develop, maintain and monitor communications project plans and change management project plans, schedules, and other documents.
• Analyse broader change management issues and initiatives and develop and maintain productive working relationships and networks to promote the successful adoption of change within the QPS, engaging with and influencing key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development, delivery, implementation and review of communications, presentations, exercises, training, and forums which enhance change readiness.
• Provide advice to internal and external clients and stakeholders on change management issues and assist in developing and executing relevant strategies and activities.

Role Requirements

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience

• While there are no mandatory requirements, high-level writing and communication skills, qualifications, practitioner certification and demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management and Communications are highly desirable for this role and will be considered favourably.
