This is an exciting opportunity within the Fines Division at Queensland Revenue Office. The Fines Division plays a vital role in keeping Queensland communities safe by administering and managing camera-detected offences related to red-lights, speeding, unpaid tolls, distracted driving (mobile phones) and seatbelt compliance.

As a Manager, you will lead and support a group of Team Leaders responsible for the efficient delivery of a key function within the fines process. You'll motivate your teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. You'll also work closely with external stakeholders to develop practical, client-focused solutions that make a tangible difference in the community.

Your typical day as a Manager may include:
• Oversee workloads to ensure delivery within agreed service levels
• Identify and implementing process improvements through effective change management
• Coach and developing Team Leaders and staff to build capability and performance
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate outcomes aligned with operational objectives
• Solve complex and novel problems with a focus on consistency, fairness and regulatory compliance

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• Proven experience leading multiple high-volume operational teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to interpret legislation and operate effectively in a regulated environment
• A commitment to fostering a strong culture and high employee engagement
