The Future Leaders Graduate Program team is at the forefront of developing Queensland's next generation of public sector leaders. We design and deliver the Queensland Government's flagship graduate program, managing all aspects of advertising, recruitment, learning and development, sector-wide rotations, HR services, and stakeholder engagement. How You'll Contribute
As Director of the Future Leaders Graduate Program, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the program, ensuring its position as an industry-leading initiative.
You will:
• Lead best-practice bulk recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion to meet sector-wide targets 
• Design and deliver a contemporary, fit-for-purpose learning and development program that equips graduates with the skills and capabilities needed for a successful career in the public sector 
• Oversee and influence meaningful sector-wide rotations that provide graduates with diverse opportunities that foster professional growth
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with workforce priorities and delivers exceptional outcomes.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the program to maintain its reputation as a leader in graduate development.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring to the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic leader with experience in successful delivery of workforce initiatives, talent attraction, management and development, or early careers programs. You will have strong relationship-building skills, high-level HR expertise, and the ability to lead in complex environments. A collaborative mindset, excellent judgement, and a passion for driving innovation and outcomes are essential to succeed in this role.
