WHSQ's Injury Prevention and Management (IPaM) Program, delivered in partnership with WorkCover Queensland, has operated since 2011 and has completed programs with more than 3,500 businesses of all maturity sizes. A corner stone of IPaM program delivery is that IPaM Advisors across the state to meet face-to-face on site with employers.

The IPaM program is aligned to the following key Queensland Government Customer Service commitments:
- We will prioritise customer service and put accessibility at the heart of every interaction between Queenslanders and their government.
- Our priority is delivering the programs and services Queenslanders need, where they're needed, in more convenient ways.

IPaM puts accessibility at the heart our interactions with Queensland business and gives Queenslanders the choice of doing their business with government wherever and whenever it's convenient for them and in more convenient ways.
