How you'll contribute:
As Associate Director-General, The Cabinet Office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level policy advice and driving Queensland's reform agenda. In this influential leadership position, you will:
-Provide expert, strategic advice to the Director-General, the Premier and Cabinet on complex policy and legislative reform, ensuring alignment with government priorities and election commitments.
-Build and strengthen partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders to advance reform agendas and deliver innovative, evidence-based policy solutions.
-Represent Queensland at national forums and whole-of-government committees, influencing critical decisions and negotiating outcomes on significant state and national issues.
-Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion, while driving continuous improvement and delivering on strategic objectives.

Extensive leadership experience in policy development and strategy implementation, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and achieve impactful results. Your strength in managing complex relationships and engaging stakeholders will enable you to confidently navigate the demands of this senior role.
