The purpose of the Program Director (Commercial Contract Management) is to provide leadership in commercial contract management for a range of services that are consistently applied across the multi-billion-dollar QTRIP. Specific service delivery areas include commercial management (incorporating estimating and scheduling services), contracts and tender evaluation, infrastructure risk and TMR wide insurance oversight and strategic commercial advisory services.
Requirements of the role:
• Extensive experience successfully leading and managing infrastructure projects, processes and systems to support the delivery of significant transport infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record in recognising and spearheading the development of statewide processes and oversight for substantial infrastructure initiatives, analysing governmental policy and trends in the business landscape, and actively offering systems and advice to meet emerging needs.
• Demonstrated experience, successfully leading and developing diverse, multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a complex program or portfolio of work while regularly advising and supporting executives and key stakeholders, providing vision, strategic direction and technical advice.
