As the Manager, Protocol and International Engagement, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and implementation of the team's program of activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Protocol and International Engagement, to develop strategies and identify initiatives that align with and achieve the team's objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in meeting evaluation and reporting requirements, ensuring the team's work is impactful and aligned with organisational goals.

You will leverage your exceptional strategic advice and project management expertise to lead a dedicated team that provides strategic leadership and guidance on protocol matters. The team is instrumental in delivering high-level engagements and events, adeptly navigating complex cultural, political, and diplomatic dynamics with professionalism, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a
leader, you will inspire success, foster collaboration, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.
